MYSORE STYLE
This is the traditional way of practicing Ashtanga as taught in Mysore, India. Students move through the sequence at their own pace following their breath. The teacher helps each student individually mainly through adjustments. It is like having one to one teaching within a class environment giving students the opportunity to progress at their own pace. Because of this the practice becomes something more personal to you. Over time you naturally memorise the sequence, giving you confidence to start a self practice at home.
